Delivery policy

We sell digital products and online services only. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Guides: available to download immediately after payment on your order page, and later from Your orders.
• Workshop: joining details and a calendar file are on your order page straight after booking. Sessions run online on the dates shown.
• India Carbon Market Brief: sent as a PDF to the email you gave, in December 2026 and then quarterly for subscribers.
• Scoping calls: you choose a time straight after paying; the call takes place by video.
