Privacy policy

This policy explains how Infinite Carbon Private Limited handles personal data collected on learn.icn.earth, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone, company, state and billing address, the products you buy, and your payment ID. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.

Why

To deliver what you bought, issue invoices, keep tax records, give you access to your downloads, and answer your questions. We may email you about related ICN products; you can opt out any time.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting), only as needed to run the service, and authorities where the law requires. We don't sell your data.

How long

Order and invoice records are kept for at least eight years as tax law requires; other data for as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to yashvardhan.joshi@icn.earth. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
