Terms of use and sale
These terms apply to purchases on learn.icn.earth from Infinite Carbon Private Limited (CIN U66190MH2025PTC463011), a company registered in Thane, Maharashtra, India (“ICN”, “we”).
What you buy
Guides are digital documents and spreadsheet tools, licensed for use within the buyer's organisation. You may copy and share them inside your organisation but not resell, publish or share them outside it. Workshop places give the named attendee access to the live sessions and materials. The India Carbon Market Brief is a report for the subscriber's organisation. Scoping calls are 45-minute advisory sessions.
Not advice
Our materials are general, practical guidance about carbon markets, prepared with care from public sources. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and not a credit rating. Rules change; check official sources before acting, and take professional advice on your specific situation.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees. ICN is not yet registered under GST, so no GST is charged; if that changes, the checkout will show it. Payment is taken in full when you order, through Razorpay. An invoice is issued automatically.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ICN's total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
